Moving into legal recruitment shortly after qualifying as a property lawyer with Berwin Leighton Paisner (now BCLP), she joined Mouland Mann as a director in 2008.

Jane has been the architect of some of the highest profile lateral moves in the larger City, mid-market and smaller boutique firms, focusing on partners, teams and also on senior lawyers seeking partnership.
