Simon is a Senior Consultant and Head of Asia at Mouland Mann. Simon was based in Asia from 1997, spending eight years in the Hong Kong office of a leading US search firm from 2004, until his return to the UK in 2012. Simon now divides his time between the Hong Kong and London offices of Mouland Mann.

For the past decade, Simon has had great success placing lawyers in and out of AmLaw 50 and leading UK law firms in London and across Asia. He regularly counsels lawyers who are looking to relocate out to Asia from the US or UK, and has placed partners, associates and general counsel across a broad spectrum of practices including US securities, M&A, private equity, banking, litigation, anti-corruption and white collar crime. He has advised international firms on establishing their presence in Asia and has built new legal teams for his clients.
